This appears to be overly saturated, which makes the blown-out area of the sky (huge and centered, no less!) conspicuous.

Is Waldo wearing green and half hidden behind the white birch (3rd trunk from the right)? While I like a good challenge, it may have been better to make Waldo a little more obvious for this photo.

Comment: The key to sunset/sunrise shots is to have a secondary point of interest. Your primary is the sun. You have presented this evergreen tree very well as a secondary point of interest. The shapes of the gaps in the tree and the branches adds a lot to this photo. Good job.
Criticism: Overall the photo looks to have too much contrast, this is seen in the grain of the sky and the sharp drop from orange to black around the sun. If this was done on purpose, perhaps a tighter crop on the bottom would help.
