Nice catch. Good use of flash and nice motion freeze. Could perhaps do with a tighter crop vertically and more space in front of the bird (if you have it). Good sharpness and clarity.

for me the footprints in the sand are distracting, it would have been improved if you had taken it after a high tide had cleaned the beach of them, if possible
