Great capture! I like how we can see the heat of its breath. Dynamic composition - the diagonal line of the bird. I like how the light catches the top edge of the feathers. Nice undestractiing background, good uase of DOF. Wish it were bigger/ better resolution. 8

I can see this being used by "Nat geog" as a cover. Except for the aspect. If it could be shown portrait it would be perfect. Of course I am not sure what "surrounds the picture but if I were you I would get something like the "journal of freelance photographers handbook" (Wherever you are in the world it is still useful) and start submitting it.
