Interesting shot, the first thing that i notice though is that it seems to be tilted, the wooden frame is tilted so it makes the whole photo tilted. Your horizon/building is dead straight though. Oxymoron somehow!

You have a gorgeous sunset going on in the back ground, would be nice in PP to make that pop a little more to give some drama to this shot

Good leading line through this shot, your ISO is well up there and I am surprised at the lack of grain, well done on that aspect. Some dodge and burn in PP would have brought some character to the boardwalk,

Looks chilly there that day!

good overall, but the guy in the bg distracts and the focus point seems to be in front of the surfer...maybe a square crop would have eliminated the other guy and made this punchier...try it and see 6
