Still Fruit of Lifeby TerComment by glad2badad: Nice layout overall. Lighting could use some attention (it's a little harsh), and the DOF should have been deeper to get the back fruit in focus. JMO of course. :-) Good luck. |

PaW 2010 Week 4.jpgby TerComment by colorcarnival: I'd love to have a cottage that looks like this. I went to your blog and I have to say that I prefer Outtake #2 to this shot. The building is the star of the show and that outtake does a better job of enhancing the details and colors of the home. I did like the perspective you used in Outtake #1 too. |

PaW 2010 Week 4.jpgby TerComment by raish: There's a little bit of a 'have to squint to look at it' about this, but it does present a place that looks like the scene of a good few creature comforts in its history. |

PaW 2010 Week 3.jpgby TerComment by Ken: Very nice HDR, it makes a simple subject very interesting. Not only do I not see the dreaded halos, but it's almost like a cartoon, but without the cartoon cheesiness. The colors are so clean and pure. |

PaW 2010 Week 3.jpgby TerComment by jasonlprice: Great shot, I love the architecture of the kiosk. I would love to see more of it...those clouds are great though and I understand why you wanted to include them. |

PaW 2010 Week 4.jpgby TerComment by salmiakki: I think the sky has suffered a bit in this one for some reason. There are some halos around the trees on the right and the chimney on the house. I find it so difficult to get it just right so that doesn't happen. It's a pity, because the house itself and the rest is spot on. Have you tried using the exposure blending/fusion option in Photomatix? Same principle mulitple images of different exposures. Give it a go, I have used it a few times recently and really liked the results. Very subtle but does the job.
