A Portrait of Everyday Strengthby ColeyComment by srbrubaker: The thumbnail of this looked hopeless. The bigger photo looks ridiculous, but in a sly, humorous way. I wonder if we'd have gotten it that they were asphalt shingles if they had been cropped? |

A Portrait of Everyday Strengthby ColeyComment by Azrifel: Great photo, I like the 'environmental' aspect by including the safety rope and pack of shingles. Sometimes I work with those as well, but they are not that common in Holland. I really hate it when the paper is torn and the shingles scrape your neck.
Working with natural slates is the most interesting imho. |
