Interesting image. It is nice to a point. The personality in the water due to your longer exposure is nice. it is not great in my opinion but it is nice. Yet I would have liked more orange or something more to give personality to the image whole. There is a glimpse with the structures in the background but they are so small they appear more of a distraction then an intended element.
