Still Life with Fruitby DistantColoursComment by Neat: Just a little flat as far as the lighting goes. Plus I feel there's too much fruit being used. Did you consider placing the fruit in a bowl, and then maybe a few on the table?
The flower looks fake also due to the bright coloured stems.
Had potential though. |

Still Life with Fruitby DistantColoursComment by kanaj: I'd describe this as "academically compelling." And I mean that as high praise. This feels like it belongs in a textbook dealing with how one artistic medium can pay homage to another. |

London Underground Tunnelby DistantColoursComment by bobnospum: I like the darkness and the all the leading white lines in the image. The bottom half is much stronger than the top half and cropping off some of the top may be a stronger image. That said it may be a little too dark and thus not strongly showing a lot of details related to the challenge topic. |

Spiral Shellby DistantColoursComment by bobnospum: Great color against the black background. Very graphic in nature, looking similar to computer art. Thus not quite as impactful as a photo with a more identifiable subject and light/shadow detail to be explored. |
