I like the idea of what this was supposed to do.
I am not sure I like the lighting though on this especially the bottom. For me it throws the whole photo out off for me. I love how the middle orange looks.

Looking at things a different way... that's what art is about... that's what this is about. Wonderful detail. I love that I can see a foot under the water. I REALLY love the bow waves coming off the front... this is fauna and fluid dynamics art at its best.

I'm torn on this one. I didn't like it at first. Just didn't call to me. It got more interesting as I looked at it. The head is so small compared to the body that it's interesting, yet kind of annoying (not that you can do anything about it -- more for the balance of the photo). I'm not sure that it's art, by my definition, but it's still funky enough for a 6.

I don't think the blue does anything to enhance this. I'd have tried BW if the color version wasn't good... I know color wouldn't fit the challenge, but I wouldn't make an image worse just to fit a challenge topic.
