I'm not sure if you're trying to show conflict of Nature vs Human, Nature vs Nature: survival of the fittest, or what. I do think this is a fantastic shot on it's own, striking, but in this challenge, sorry, not really. Perhaps if it is about the battle between nature and civilization, then less cropping would illustrate the point [showing surroundings or something, cause I can't see what you saw!]

While the image is fantasic, I cannot rate it very high becasue I am lost as to the depiction of conflict. From what I see, this bird has everything under control.
