While a nice shot, you didn't make an effort with the headline. Try something topical and specific, like "Infections on the Rise in Local Tattoo Parlors" or "New Asian Influence in Urban Culture"

I think you may have been too subtle for this site ;-D I got the idea right away. This was one of my higher ranking photos for this challenge. I like the choice of focusing on the salt and pepper in the foreground. I would have scored higher but on my monitors (both Apples) the foreground looked quite a bit underexposed.
