	Thought I Saw a Cat - In a Hat? by dtremain Comment by Yo_Spiff: looks like some camera shake or blurriness. I'm not sure if cutting it off where you did at the bottom of the hat works for me. My impression is that this was not a shot you staged, but something that you had to snap when it happened.
