Excellent detail, though the noise in the sky seems out of place against the detailing of the bird itself, and adds an incongruousness that seems unintentional. A good deal of what seems to be thought good in wildlife photography is anthropomorphic - and you have a suitably 'human' character here - there's something proud and sneering about the bird - I ust wish you'd sorted out the sky some.
