Untitledby JBosieComment by OneSweetSin: *Critique CLub*
Your idea here is very good, it would make for some good photojournalism but it is to soft. You need to sharpen it up a bit. Tools was the challenge subject and the tool in this case appears to be a baseball bat, and it should be the main subject not a blurry little area of the photo.
Looking at the photo in a fast glance many voters would have given you a low score not seeing the baseball bat. Might I strongly suggest you don't use "Untitled" as a subject. I feel a photo without a title is missing part of it's personality as well as part of the photographers personality. As I look at it I would easily title it something like "Meet my brother the Louisville Slugger" Simply knowing most people know that a Louisville Slugger is a bat, it would make the average voter stop and realize there was a bat in the photo and that is what you wanted the voter to recognize as the tool.

First Glanceby JBosieComment by closethefridge: I love black and white photographs. This one has a nice graininess to it that I like. This photo does have relevance to "oops". Very good. |
