IMO I think I would have tried to either get more of the roof or less...could have taken off the whole left side of the picture and not lost anything...otherwise good processing

This scene is a little confusing to me because there are so many items to look at. The first thing that catches my eye is the row of curved shells and it makes me wonder how it ties in with the stacked rocks. So I guess what I am saying is that without this title, it's not totally clear to me who the star of the photo is.

Set up shots are more difficult than they seem. The background is nicely distant. Removing the shells from the composition might help it fit the challenge better, and the color of the light is consistent with tungsten bulbs, where a color balance adjustment could tame the yellow and allow the rocks to display their character better.

I think you shouldn't have cut the image in 2 parts, maybe more 1/3 sky orr water.
