Very pretty young lady, who reminds me a lot of Crystal Bernard, and an interesting pose. Before I read the comments you added to the photo, I asked myself if you had used the Portrait Professional software that I often see advertised in this site. Whether you did or didn't, I would have personally preferred a less processed/airbrushed look.

I like the lighting. You have wonderful contrast between the light and dark sides of the model's face. Maybe a tighter crop would have more impact?
