I think it would be interesting to this the same image but instead of placing the vase on the curtain, have it behind? I really like scenes like this, looking at them and making pictures of them...so calm and serene. I like this very much, very elegant and simple.

I like the simplicity of this one. It is also perfectly exposed and has good sharp focus without being oversharpened. I also like the color and the composition. I fear your photo may not get as high a rating as it deserves because it is quiet and lovely instead of dramatic. To me it is a very high rating photo and I hope you do well.

Nice composition and DOF here. The lighting you've used really works well. I have to admit though IMO the ornament does not create enough contrast and attention to make me think "burst of color". Nice shot nonetheless
