Clearly a long exposure. I'm surprised to see how steady that hand was kept for it. Not sure I like the lighting. The bright zone on the right distracts from the visual impact of the fireball.

Idea is good, execution can be better - maybe darker background or farther away? I bet it was hard to keep hand still - maybe 1 or 2 seconds?

The quality of the lighting is so good, the quantity is another question. Maybe with a little less light on the background the flame would pop out more and that would add a lot.
