This terrifically titled image hits all the right notes. I see loads of references and symbolism which float the entire venture into contemporary biblical territory. Is Noah on the ark or diddling about as the deluge begins? The seagull as dove? The arc of the windshield wiper as rainbow? Then there's a bridge and a not so golden city. There's a sense of angst here abetted by the gray tones and somber skies. And it's real artistry to have droplets on the vehicle's front window transform into actual rain. The composition is nuanced and well-balanced. Paralysis scuttles forward into the 21st century.

This image is reminiscent of the book of Genesis and, though I'm not necessarily a believer, I find it satisfying ... God promises that from this new fertile earth will follow an equally fertile lineage for Noah and his family. So it be.

Great title. The image brings a sense of sadness for this poor man have no place to get out of the weather. The graffiti on the bench and the tones adds to this illusion. Gloom and doom comes to mind; I hope it is just an illusion.

I like the tones, and of course I love all that rain spatter. It's dark (a good thing) and also clever ... the bird animates everything including the apt title. Also I very much like the fact that the human figure is places unconventionally, with so much of the picture behind him. It's good to see all these sacred cows turned upside down to such good and interesting effect. Thank you.

This is a good tribute to Ubique. Just enough enigma and affectation to make it interesting. The composition is wonderful..and shooting it behind glass with drops on the glass really works. Well done!
