Delightful! The baby is shot in such wonderful soft light. And what a cute expression!!

Wish everything except the baby and clothes were in Black & White. Right now, the colors (especially on the rusted background) are slightly distracting. Also, there's a hint of a second catchlight in the baby's right eye that's taking away from perfection. Almost there though - and I'm sure the baby's parents are proud to have such wonderful portrait.

I see that you were trying to combine Rust and Baby into the title, but I don't think the end result has a positive connotation!
