Amazing contrast, the old artistic, with the newer boxy almost anti-artistic background. A minor suggestion is that a little more contrast might have cleaned up the edges a little better, otherwise I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Not exactly thumbnail friendly, I̢۪m glad I opened it up. This is a fantastic photo, and it has a added bonus, as I look at it my eyes play a bit, and it seems the clouds are moving. This one I will place in favorites..

Although not what you would call a DPC type shot, (it takes more than a moment to look and vote) It seems a few people enjoyed it. I think with a cleaned up back ground (noise) this would do well in a stock site. I also believe it would do well as a artwork, I can see it in a modern black and white room, or a nice contrast on a bright red wall. My wife watches a lot of home decorating shows ; p. BTW I do like it..

I just want to rotate this image about 8.32 degrees clockwise. Maybe I'm a bit OCD. Still, I really like the B&W processing of your shot and the lines all tend to draw you up and into the image. Nicely done.

Really good. A lot of architectural shots were entered in this challenge and this is one of the best Ive seen so far.

I'm normally not a big fan of noise, but it really works here to accentuate the atmosphere. I get the feeling that somebody is waiting in the shadows, ready to leap out at the girl. Well done.

Well, congrats on finishing fairly high. I hope you weren't too offended by my comment, but the thought sticks with me. I can only imagine where this would have finished in a challenge called "Perspective"!
