Canadian Hot Tubby QuigleyComment by Venom: Ok, a couple questions.
First of all wouldn't the heat conduction from the metal tub transfer upward and melt the snow off of the rim? That is unless you really are just sitting in an empty tub, in which case you are crazier than it first appeared.
Second, maybe the tub is fiberglass (the reason for the snow not melting from the edge of the tub so fast)? Or...maybe...you have ANOTHER hot water pot, sitting on the bottom of the tub, between your legs and the steam coming up from it appears to be the "hot water" in your bath.
Last but not least your bare arms. Even if you have hot water in the "tub", your arms are dry which would mean that they have not contacted the "hot" water so therefore are <98.6 degrees and uncovered in the winter air! Wow, what dedication for an entry at DPC. Keep up the great work. -BB
PS. Pardon my musings, this did get kinda long didn't it? lol.
PSS. Can't wait to see who this is. |

Canadian Hot Tubby QuigleyComment by Melethia: LOL! Excellent idea. Can't believe you did that for a challenge. But I'll bet it was fun! (Commenting only, no vote.) |

Pure innocence, old soul.by QuigleyComment by bennettjamie: I love the innocence portrayed in this photo. Brings me a sense of hope and puts me in good spirits. I believe however, that you should adjust the saturation, levels, as the colors are a little flat. But then again, I like it just the way it is. Also it is a little centered and the focus is not on her eyes as I would like. |

Isaacby QuigleyComment by Bud: Max, great to see you back in the challenges. This is a wonderful portrait. I did not get to it in voting, but IMO, it deserved a higher score than this. Well done. |

Isaacby QuigleyComment by SoulMan1978: It might be the monitor, but his skin looks quite pale and harshly lit. Nice composition, contrasting between blue of eyes and the writing on the wall. |
