Bug Lovin' by annigComment by annig: Originally posted by Bear_Music: This one isn't really working for me, it seems snapshottish and blurry/grainy in an accidental or sloppy way, sorry :-( |
Hey! that's OK! your impression is what I was going for, this being an intrusion, if you will, into a very private act (even if it is bugs-LOL!!)...
So I wanted this to feel seedy..cheap..lowrent...snapshotish all on the part of the photographer;
seems by your assessment, I have succeeded!!

Bad Pitch Dad!!by annigComment by Jutilda: This one really works. Something about black and white and blur work great together. I like the use of neg. space and the story it tells. |

Hula Hoopby annigComment by srdanz: Blur is OK here, as it it obviously a motion shot. However, some fill flash would make all the difference between the snapshot and a good photo.
ps. Don't name your portfolio folders "I suck at photography..." - or maybe do - it is a good advertising! |

I'd still take just a bit more off the bottom now. |
thanks pal.. I'll give it another trim, tho I kinda like the little diagonal line creatd in the water where the reflection light changes...but then, you are on a winning DPL team!! :) |
