Might have been good to make the top of the blue ribbon target in the background rounded white to echo the planned roundness of water drops. Despite all the threads grumbling about water drop shots, this will probably score well, but I don't predict a blue ribbon. Not voting, just commenting.

What a really pretty picture. It looks like something out of one of those miniature villages they sell for Christmas. The literalists might grade you only on what is in the windows, but I thoroughly enjoyed the image. My only nit to pick here is that it appears the camera wasn't quite square to the building and level. I gave you a 9.
