There's a tension here between the closeness of the woman's face and the negative space on either side. The space tends to direct the eye into the face, but I'm left longing for more of her. I love the hint of texture in her eye makeup and lipstick. I love the hint of hairline, the barely visible ears. Overall I think it's very effective image and one that would make an excellent print. Her facial expression is mysterious and intriguing. This second look for a comment also gets a bump in score...

I like you pic in many ways: color tones are great, lighting - no blown out areas, great focus. use of complementary colors, the symetry between eyes and mouth, breaking the symetry one just one ear ring.
