This is Kari Ann, greetings from the Critique Club:

composition: i love how she is centered in the frame, it makes you focus on her first, then take in her surroundings.

color: I am a lover of Black and White, this image does it justice. great conversion.

contrast: contrast is overall very strong, which is usually looked for in a street image

focus: perfect, its right on her face, and the blur of the background adds just so much more pop to the image

depth of field: as said previously, spot on.

lighting: the OOF circles of light in the background of this busy street add a small sense of magic or wonder to the image. i really like the lighting of the pavement as well, very interesting.

other: I quite enjoyed overlooking this image, the whole thing is inviting and brought a smile to my face. I am glad this did so well in the challenge, the commenters and voters seem to agree with me.

It's a very interesting photo, however, it doesn't tell the story too well. I expect the orang utan to be inside a steel cage because your photo title is "Captured". I do like the exposure and the mood of the creature. Well done.
