Nice composition. I'm guessing you used a Cokin filter on this, which adds to the drama of the sky, however it takes away from the mountains on the right. You can do this same type of affect during PP using layers, without taking away from subject matter (ie. mountains). I find the Cokin split-type filters work best when you have a straigt horizon line.

Not too fond of the large amount of negative space in this image considering the lack of detail/substance in the rest of the image. I like how the rail meets the shoreline. Nothing to indicate the age of the house and if the fence is supposed to be the modern safety portion (??) I don't see it - fences are hardly modern. JMHO.
