Power Outageby MuppetComment by Muppet: haha, no, i actually think it's a goose, or a swan, but it's just a decoration in our bathroom :) |

Power Outageby MuppetComment by Melethia: I like the warm tones caused by the candle. What is the duck? I mean, it's a duck (or at least a likeness of a duck) but does it have another purpose, like a door stop or something? (I like shots that make me wonder.) |

Power Outageby MuppetComment by pottersclay75: The candle is a bit too harsh on the left side. Maybe a little bit of fill light on the rest of the scene could have balanced it out. |

Watching for Summerby MuppetComment by posthumous: well done. oddly enough, this has a classical feel to it. Something about the shirtless man, the arms both bent at right angles & the parallel lines of the blinds all give an air of formality to an otherwise intimate scene. |

Watching for Summerby MuppetComment by JuliBoc: Muppet, I really like this image. It is quite emotive, and you look terrific against that window. The lighting is excellent. I like the very subtle colors, although it would probably be good in b&w too. I gave it a 7 and am surprised it didn't score a 6 in the final tally. |

Power Outageby MuppetComment by cutlassdude70: The glow from a candle can make a great light source, but you have to be REALLY careful not to include the candle or you get blown-out highlights (like you have here). Also, I find that it helps to reduce the color temperature closer to a Tungsten white balance to cool down the warm tones slightly. |
