I can't place this image, without an article to go with it. That doesn't mean it wouldn't be used. Perhaps it's a famous persons family home and you'd have to tie in the restrictive size and lack of garden, proximity to neighbours that may have had an impact on this persons, life, work, persona. In that case it could well be used, but, and there's the but, I think it is overprocessed, something which NG avoid like the plague.
