Arriving at NEW HOPEby HeiSchComment by Ann: My first impression is that this is really, really colorful. I like the framing and composition, but whether the image is successful or not depends on what you are trying to accomplish. To my eye, it looks too much like a cartoon, and would be better if the processing were toned down a little. Others may see it differently. |

One for Each Yearby HeiSchComment by Rachel53: This picture was very thought out. It has great color contrast which makes the focal point, the flower really stand out. I like that way the backround is black and the flower is a bright pink, its very eye catching. It really makes the picture. Also I liked how the focal point isnt busy, it has detail but not to much to distract the person looking at it. It makes it so your eye really catches the natural beauty of this shot. |

Arriving at NEW HOPEby HeiSchComment by sh0rty: Over saturated/over processed IMO. The halo/glow around the building against the sky is distracting. The composition is very nice, but would be better if less processed. IMHO |

Arriving at NEW HOPEby HeiSchComment by JustinM: This is simply too far done for me. I'm all for editing that adds punch, but the image still has too look a little more believable than this. |

High Enough for Ships to Passby HeiSchComment by Yo_Spiff: A nice view, though something is lacking for me. maybe that the view is a bit too far from the bridge for me. perhaps standing back a few feet and using some zoom might still get the tree framing it, but more bridge. DOF might then be a problem. Maybe a touch heavy on the sharpening. Not totally sure... |
