I personally like the picture and post-processing and the sky – concerned some voters may not find proper “framing” in the image.

I think you're trying to get the framing by the tree, but it's not working out. Needs more tree.

Pretty image. May be just a little oversharpened, but pleasing to look at nonetheless. :-) I get what it is that is your "frame", but there's nothing in it. ???

I like the scene though I feel the tree is a distraction. Maybe including more of the tree or completely cropping the tree out could help the composition.

I liked the clouds in the picture, I am curious to see what exactly is 'framing' in the picture...the blue of the water and the sky together, perhaps?

A nice view, though something is lacking for me. maybe that the view is a bit too far from the bridge for me. perhaps standing back a few feet and using some zoom might still get the tree framing it, but more bridge. DOF might then be a problem. Maybe a touch heavy on the sharpening. Not totally sure...
