Kai .jpgby LVicariComment by Mephisto: this is a very strong portrait, but something about the placing of his hands and arm is odd. at least not having his left hand cropped off would have helped to kind of "close" or fill the frame.
otherwise it's very well done and a keeper for you and your family. :)

Tien .jpgby LVicariComment by Mephisto: very nice portrait of a beautiful young lady!
i would've cropped or cloned out the skin wrinkle in the bottom right corner as it slightly destracts from her eyes and face.
the curled hair gives a nice feeling of motion and flow. |

Blue Eyes .jpgby LVicariComment by Mephisto: these are all masterfully lit and composed! high-key lighting is something i'll probably never get to understand, you did it excellent. i'd be very interested in your lighting set up if you don't mind. |

Daddy's Closet by LVicariComment by wingyisleeds: Excellent shot Leo and well deserved blue. I know exactly what you mean with your story. I was at my younger daughters'(11yrs) football tournament last saturday, watching with my wife and older daughter (12yrs). Around halfway through the day, my wife asked my daughter to tell me what had happened at school during a talk she gave in front of her class on a piece of work all the kids had to do. It was titled--Who I look upto the Most!...and her response was ME.!!!!..I felt so proud and emotional. ;-)....your little one will always see you as a hero..no matter how old he gets ;-) Message edited by author 2008-05-16 18:04:36. |
