I'm going to be frank here, this is not just creepy but actually a bit unappealing, and I think not for the sake of your photographic abilty but for the posing, and expression. Being so blunt I'll try to explain as best I can.
The skin looks pasty, and the colouring is cold, so in terms of acheiving a post mortem feel I think you got it, but this may not have been understood as your intention during voting. For myself I would guess that you were aiming for some kind of cold seduction as a first impression.
As you rotated the image the curve and lines of the neck simply look wrong and unnatural in their new vertical position. Again this ties in with your theme but here's the catch - the hand and the eyes. The hand suggests a deliberate pose, and the eyes (sorry) look stoned,as if couaght between shots, not blank (what I would relate with death at least)so in all it seems a bit confused.
