A nice tribute. Certainly fitting for the challenge, although not as interesting outside that context. But a well-done portrait of a can of soup.

As you said in your comments, this is all about execution. And that's great. Color is just right. Lighting works well (a bit of glare on the top that Warhol didn't have to worry about, but it's unobtrusive). About my only complaint is that the white part of the label blends into the background. (Warhol solved that easily by simply drawing lines for the edges, a luxury photographers don't have!)

I like this image ... the tree on the right nicely balances things ... but something about it makes it look too ... erm ... busy IMO. Perhaps the added noise or a bit too heavy of a hand on the sharpening? I also think that the sepia could have been toned down a bit but that is just a personal preference thing.

Love the greens against the black, and the fact that the spin is obvious without being lost in a complete blur. I wonder if you'll catch flak for the light on the vase? It seems like an error but I've grown to like it.

Brave crop, but I think the eye should be higher in the frame. Good character portrait of a horse. 6
