Street Cornerby nikolaosComment by Yo_Spiff: Nice perspective. The stoplight could have been a distraction, but I think it works here, wit the way you framed it all. |

Abandoned (b&w 2008 #4)by nikolaosComment by Ecce_Signum: Excellent composition here and a very good conversion to B&W. My only niggle is the blown out sky in the centre and as it looks as if you used everything you could for a slow exposure to blur the sea a little. Maybe multiple exposures would have worked better (am trusting you used a tripod?). Other than the sky I can't fault this, and, whilst not a lover of frames (especialy fancy ones) I think you proved that the right frame for the right picture is more judgement than luck and suits the image well. |

Street Cornerby nikolaosComment by e301: This is so absolutely humdrum that I'm slightly stopped in my tracks by it. Can't quite decide if I'm missing something or seduced by the simplicity of it. |

Abandoned (b&w 2008 #4)by nikolaosComment by Alicia: Love the line of the coast. Very atmospheric. I'm not sure about the frame - it seems a bit limiting with the dramatic sky and the sweeping lines. |
