I think it's interesting that you chose to not only leave in the "Private Property" sign, but that you also chose to highlight it with the title. Not going for the easy "pretty field, water, clouds, and rainbow" shot was a very un-DPC choice : ) With different editing, I think this would have scored much higher on DPC, but you obviously weren't aiming for that, which is cool too.

Good composition with child not dead center in picture, except for a little too much foreground dirt at bottom and left... I'd crop a bit more of that out. Nice reflection which makes the photo. The square pink object behind subject looks like it's growning out of her body and is distracting whatever it is.

What a lovely interpretation of the challenge.
If it was mine, I might have concentrated more on the little girl and her shadow rather than including the whole scene, but it's yours and you made some nice choices here.
