Love the composition and the mood of discovering something you really want to explore ... sign or no sign. Who wouldn't want to see if they can find the end of the rainbow?
Nit: I'd clone out that one little dark cloud on the left. OK, maybe the medium ones just above it, too ;-) My eye just wants to follow the path and those rather well-formed clouds keep drawing it away. But then I suppose in real life I'd be keeping on eye on them in case they were about to rain upon me! |

| I think it's interesting that you chose to not only leave in the "Private Property" sign, but that you also chose to highlight it with the title. Not going for the easy "pretty field, water, clouds, and rainbow" shot was a very un-DPC choice : ) With different editing, I think this would have scored much higher on DPC, but you obviously weren't aiming for that, which is cool too. |
