I just had to click on this and read your comments while I had a mushy song playing - and no Kleenex warning!
Little I can offer other than cherish the memories and know you provided Albert a good life, love and care that so many never get.
*hugs*

Very sad story. It may hurt but always good to remember our loved ones.

Love the emotion and great natural lighting.

AWWWWWWW I can so relate.

Pets creep into our hearts, steal them and then they break when the animal is gone. This is beautiful.

We had a dog do a similar thing. She ran out in the road chasing a jogger and some *@$$$hole hit her (not on purpose) and then just kept on going. My wife ran out into the street with cars racing past her and no one stopped. We still think of her and the many pictures we took of her help, if it is any consolation. My thoughts are with you.

I had a dog that has been gone for 6 years now. She got out of the yard and some asshole shot her. To this day I still miss her and he is still due and ass whipping when I run into him. Very nice shot of your emotions.

If it's any consolation (or just to change the subject), you did a fine job on the picture! :)

Time heals. ...eventually.

Sniff.

Not sure about the pain, but the memories never stop.
