The crop plus changing the background color, and then the arms where they are makes the image look almost 3D. The slight shadow along the cheeks also adds to the effect. Wider aperture for shallower DOF would make the effect even stronger.
The edit makes a very powerful looking image. You make a good model too. Pretty face, esp your eyes.

This is kind of neat, the overall lighting is a bit pink though and I would have liked to see a brighter white to contrast the red and green

I love the quality of light you've captured in this. She is so soft and warm looking. The little bit of highlight you still have works well to establish a true white, and all the colors are wonderfully pastel. Again, the only improvement would be to have her arm back in the picture. Great job, Jojo.

That must have been a tough choice about what to do with the tree at the top.
I like the color edit, and the high key of the subject in it. The flower behind the ear is precious, and adds that little touch of color to make the other colors look good.

HAHAHAHAHA poor guy, all dressed up like a woman, a wig in the hand would have explained his short hair in the picture a bit more. You know like he had just taken it off or something. She looks like she is a mobster. Some one give her,errrr him, errrrrr her a tommy gun...

Get you a fake Tommy Gun and retake this same picture wearing the same clothes. I swear it will look like a mobster picture.
