Tip: On the spots/bubbles on the face - would help to skew them to match the angle of the side of the face and reduce the opacity slightly or try different blending modes to blend a little - otherwise they look like spots over the picture itself. Hope that's helpful.

ETA: Great job on the ears btw! :)
