Okay, besides being a bit freaky, I don't know that bats are not the most hygenic of animals. There was a house around here with an infestation in the attic one time that was "condemned" until they got cleaned out. Of course, I also seem to remember that it was literally 1000s of them in the attic, so that is a bit different from your situation.

I'm thinking you should probably call an exterminator.:/

\Great shot though. had this been me, I would have had a heart attack then went after them with a tennis racket or something. Probably not the solution you are looking for. :) Good luck.
