I think that because you added the blur it makes the car look funny. FYI you're Bg is OOF but when looking through the windshield you can see the wall that is supposed to be blurry.

In many ways a very nice shot. Love the composition and the reflection is superb. The blurring of the background does help to draw the attention into the car but perhaps could have been graduated slight different as there is a bit of a halo around the vehicle which is slightly distracting and makes it appear almost as if you have over sharpened the shot
