I can't believe this finished 172. Yes, many will think it's underexposed but if they read the description I'm sure they would think differently. Also, I think the lens glare at the top made people think it was actually the sun.

Beautifully done with good timing and patience.

I can't wait for the next silhouette challenge.

It does look like a pile of donuts. I like the fact that you are stepping out of your comfort zone and experimenting with different subject matter. I don't eat Cheerios but i like the macro of them, makes em look good enough to eat.

nice colors. the many different textures, the absence of shadows and the soft focus make it look like an abstract macro.
a slightly lower angle leading to the inclusion of the horizon and a less dominant peak in the foreground might have enhanced this shot
