Very Gothic. Did not really like this picture as a thumbnail and it nearly did not get my vote was only when I had voted for all my favourites (ones that caught my eye first as thumbnails) and need others to vote on that I really looked at "Intruder" I almost missed a gem.

Phenomenal. Love the color, the depth, the texture. My only wish was that it was night outside - I think that would've added a little more to the fantasy element of this photograph and also helped to secure the viewer's focus completely on the tree. I don't like seeing some of the distracting elements outside of the window. That being said, good use of dodging and burning - that definitely seems to be the style of choice these days (though I like it). As it stands, this is my favorite entry in the competition.

The subject is great but there is some quality problems. Seems problems with focus. Would prefer a colose up with man and bubble but ofcouse if its candid its candid.
