She looks happy to be there. I like the way the pattern of her shirt shows through the holes in the elbow guard. It looks as if we are seeing right through the arm and guard there.

Nice framing with the tree branches. I like the B&W Conversion, however I think the subject building isn't so prominent and just sort of sinks into the background. I am not sure which filter would help with the haze... an ND or a polarizer. Maybe one of those would have helped.

3 - Shadows too subtle and the mix of grain - isn't really enhancing this or making any real statement, the glass is chopped and also tilted and the reflections on it, cropped as is, don't bring anything to the image.
