Henk-Jan is my actual name, but not always easy to pronounce for non-dutch speaking people , so Henk is also OK for me :) |

which of course means that this is an excellent food shot ..
loving the texture in the cheesy bits ... doesnt look as smooth as the usual cheesecake .. which would appeal to me more .. think i want some of that crust too .. |
