You needed to clear up the clutter on your set more. There are far too many distracting reflections. Also, I don't feel it meets the 'brown' challenge well.

The idea is nice, but, since you have full control of everything in the picture, doing a still life like this requires a level of perfectionism that goes way beyond other types of photography. In this shot, we can see everything on your desk, which pulls focus away from the candle and the glass. You might want to use a sheet to hide everything. Also, the glass appears to be either scratched or dirty. For a brown challenge, there isn't much brown. You might try putting something brown in the background to make the amaretto darker.

Good idea, but too literal...however, given the multicultural aspect of DPChallenge participants, perhaps I am unaware of "sticky money". I'll go 1/2 way and bump up 1 - I like the photo (saving 4 the future? LOL)
