Well landscapes are usually composed in landscape orientation for a reason, they are so much harder to do in portrait orientation and I feel this is a perfect example as the foreground and backround aren´t all that interesting, I would much rather have wanted to see the right and left side of this photo. Hardly a disaster though but I voted a 5 wich means average for me.

Nice pic. Perhaps a more uniform crop to make the dark space above blue and below pink more uniform? This would draw the attention more to the colors and not so much dark space. (just my two cents). Pleasing photo.
