Barn Day 2by emily212Comment by cogerox: This shot has a lot going for it. Very nice composition with the two buildings nestled below the trees and above the water. The snow adds lots of atmosphere and contrast. I could see this going either way in pp - desaturate to b&w or saturate to bring the colors out. Both would work well. |

Horse.Day 4by emily212Comment by noraneko: Nice job with those whites! With a little downplaying in the background and highlighting on the horse, plus minor horizon adjustment, you'll have a beauty here! |

Mocha. Day 5by emily212Comment by noraneko: This is a nice pet portrait. You've captured him in great focus, and I like the diffused lighting - though I think in PP it would be great to up the saturation a bit. He has an alert expression - very cute! |

Horse.Day 4by emily212Comment by Shmee: I really like the rim lighting around the horses legs and head. A warming filter might add some interest when you PP it. |

Barn Day 2by emily212Comment by Melethia: Wonderful composition on this. If you have the software, I think this would be a good candidate for tonemapping. If you have PS but not Photomatix, you can try shadows/highlights and play with the sliders a bit, then play with saturation and contrast after that. A very good photo out the camera! |

Mocha. Day 5by emily212Comment by Alicia: I love this! Great portrait. The red on the collar makes a good contrast to the rest of the subdued colors - which in all make it look vintage. Wonderful job. |
