I hope the cat got LOTS of treats for posing in this getup! Fun shot; I would like it a bit better with a solid background ike a piece of cloth covering the wall and carpet, and a softer light so the shadows aren't so harsh.

The lighting is a bit harsh, looks like a flash has been used.. Could try puting a thin tissue in front to soften it a little or use a bounce flash which would/Could have also prevented the ear shadow on the wall.
